Burnhope Community Centre – support for everyone
Everyone is welcome at Burnhope Community Centre because it was built for you. Through surveys, questionnaires and open sessions, you told us what you want for Burnhope community. As a result of your feedback we wrote the aims of the Community Centre – you’ll find our aims here.
You can pop in to the Community Centre whenever the gates are open whilst current opening times can be found here. These are the areas that you asked us to address in Burnhope community:
• for older residents to feel less isolated and more valuable
• to improve access to employment and training skills
• for children, young people and families to have a better start in life
• to provide opportunities to increase Self-esteem through volunteering
